Shipping Policy

All products are shipped from China using reliable postal services.

Processing Time:
After your purchase, please allow 2 to 3 days for processing before the product is shipped.

Estimated Delivery:
Usually takes 5 to 12 days after dispatch.

Tracking Details:
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customs and Import Taxes:
International buyers are responsible for paying any import taxes or customs duties that may apply.
Please make sure to track your shipment and clear customs on time to avoid delays.

Lost Shipments:
If your order is not delivered within 55 days due to loss in transit, we will issue a full refund.

Returned Parcels (RTO):
If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to pay customs duties on time, we will refund you after deducting the shipping cost and Return To Origin (RTO) charges, once we receive the returned item in good condition.
